After going through the Fort Mac fire everyone was pretty well exhausted. Time and time again we experienced work done by contractors that had to be done once again. Along came the flash flood of July 2016. Upon removing the drywall in basement we noticed a large 40 foot crack in basement. By chance we met Colin Parker. He was extremely professional yet explained the work involved in layman terms. Colin and his crew began excavating house within days and did exactly what he said he was going to do more. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing. From time to time when I looked outside he was speaking to his crew about safety and at one point reminded one gentleman to put his mask on. He left this property looking better than it did when he arrived. This was by far the first good experience we had with a contractor since May 2016. Colin's interpersonal skills are worthy of imitation. His entire crew was very personable and hardworking and this is due to Colin's leadership skills in managing his crew. Thank you so much !
